Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

This smoothie provides a balance of protein from the milk and yoghurt, fibre from the fruit and healthy fats from the nut butter.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk (or dairy-free milk alternative of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek or natural yogurt (or dairy-free yoghurt of choice)
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

More fibre: Add frozen cauliflower (sounds strange, but it's completely tasteless in the smoothie!), ground flax, chia seeds or oats.

No peanut butter: Any natural nut butter of choice.
