Sildenafil is an erectile dysfunction (ED) medication for men who struggle to get or maintain an erection during sexual intercourse. It contains the same active ingredient as Pfizer’s branded Viagra (sildenafil citrate) but is a cheaper yet equally effective alternative. It contains the active ingredient sildenafil. Sildenafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis when you are sexually excited. This allows blood to flow into your penis, allowing you to get an erection naturally. It will not increase your sex drive.
Sildenafil Sandoz is not for use in women.

Yes, Viagra is a brand name, and sildenafil is the active ingredient for both medicines. Therefore they will work the same. To register as a generic medicine, this was proven to the Therapeutic Goods Administration. There is no difference between the two medicines' effects at the same dose.
Sildenafil will take between 30-60 minutes to take effect.
The effect should last for between 4-6 hours. Note that you still require stimulation for effect.
It varies. Some people only require a small amount (25mg), while others need more (up to 100mg). It’s recommended that you only increase the strength if necessary and under the direction of a doctor.
The maximum dose is 100mg of Sildenafil per 24 hours. Only take one dose per 24 hours. Exceeding this dose can be dangerous and cause increased side effects such as low blood pressure and priapism.

Sildenafil does not work for everyone the first time they use it. If it doesn’t work the first time for you, you should not give up, as guidance states that you should try your current dose of Sildenafil at least eight times before trying an alternative treatment. If you find Sildenafil effective and do not experience any severe side effects, you can buy Sildenafil online via your online account. If you followed the above guidelines and still find Sildenafil ineffective, you may wish to try a different medicine with your doctor.
